Monsoonal flow has brought the fish out of their hiding spots.  Those elusive browns are liking the shade.  Midnight stonefly nymphs and Miles' secret soft hackle are like steak and potatoes right now!  Sure is nice to see some moisture!!  There's word of some mud headed down river though so beware.
